I try to make the terms under which all the software I publish here clear, but let's face it, legalese is boring, and code is much more interesting than a lot of tedious waffle about the party of the second part henceforth being known as the party of the third part - so if you can't find any other licence or terms, you can assume that if it's on this site (rtfm.etla.org) it's available under the GPL (v2).
